Great 8 Mod

The Great 8 electronics mod is one of our most demanded mods. With this mod we double the sonic spectrum of our two-humbucker instruments. You still have the full powered tone of each humbucker and the traditional settings to give you neck, bridge or both. With Great 8 we add two push-pull switches to the volume and tone knobs, that when pulled up one coil of the humbucker is disengaged giving you a cleaner single coil tone. You can control each pickup separately, maximizing your options. What can you do with 8 sonic options?

58 Thinline

The 58 Thinline combines the warm, vintage tone of a semi-hollow body with the punch of two Rockfield® SWC humbucker pickups. Its meticulously carved top and chambered mahogany body provide the perfect balance of weight and tone. The rock maple neck features a modern "C" profile and a 10" radius roasted jatoba fretboard for comfortable chord playing and blistering leads. The Great 8 electronics let you seamlessly transition from thick humbucker to twangy single-coil tones and everything in between, unlocking a spectrum of lush, versatile sounds.
